First of all, we believe that the real potential of people isn’t accurately reflected in simple measures of personality styles, with the admonition of “trying to manage” around their blind spots or weaknesses. We strive to help our clients realize their core, differentiating talents and explore ways to consciously leverage these qualities in getting results. The only common success ingredient we usually observe relates to the degree the individual actively exhibits true “emotional intelligence” in their interactions with others. That is, they (1) have solid insight into themselves and their impact on others; (2) can translate this insight into action, and (3) they continually experiment with ways to enhance their own and others’ level of genuine engagement and commitment to the organization.
